1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between HAFFNER KITCHEN LTD and the Client (individual or corporate entity). By engaging our services, you signify your acceptance of these terms. Any variations to these terms must be agreed upon in writing by a Director of HAFFNER KITCHEN LTD.

2. Service Delivery and Logistics

All delivery times provided are estimates. While we utilize AI-driven routing to ensure 98% on-time performance, we are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to catastrophic weather, road closures in the Basildon area, or civil unrest. Title of goods passes to the client upon successful delivery at the designated drop-off point.

3. Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

For recurring meal plans, payment is processed in advance on a monthly or weekly basis. Cancellations must be received forty-eight (48) hours prior to the next scheduled production cycle. Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are not issued for change of mind. If a product is verified as defective or non-compliant with food safety standards, a full credit or refund will be issued within five business days.

4. Health, Safety, and Allergen Liability

We maintain rigorous cross-contamination protocols. However, our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and soy. While we take every precaution to accommodate allergy requests, the client acknowledges that the Company cannot guarantee a 100% sterile environment. It is the client's responsibility to disclose all severe allergies during the onboarding process.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by English law, HAFFNER KITCHEN LTD's total liability for any claim arising out of our service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
